Machine fails often and pathetic customer support

I signed up as a rental RO subscriber and paid a hefty security deposit of around 1500 during installation. Unfortunately, within just 15 days, the machine started malfunctioning. Despite lodging a complaint, it took your technician 10-15 days to arrive and fix the issue. By then, my monthly plan had lapsed, and the machine demanded a recharge to resume functioning. This lack of automatic extension for the days the machine was faulty was a major disappointment. Despite waiting patiently, the machine never recovered.


When I reached out to customer support for help, I encountered an unsympathetic response. Despite explaining the situation, they insisted I recharge again without extending my subscription days. This lack of understanding and support was deeply frustrating, especially after enduring so much hassle with your service.


Feeling dissatisfied, I decided to close my account. To my shock, I was informed that canceling before 84 days would forfeit my security deposit as per the terms and conditions. This clause was news to me and would have definitely influenced my decision to sign up initially.


Overall, my experience with your service has been disappointing, to say the least. The lack of empathy from customer support and the unexpected terms regarding security deposit refunds make me hesitant to recommend your service to others.
