Recently I booked a rental RO for which I gave security amount of Rs. 1500 and did recharge for 1 month only since I wanted to try it out first. You won’t believe when I was doing research initially by comparing different brands, I used to get call from livepure team twice a day and their sales person with boast all kind of big promises to somehow trap you. Plz don’t fall for their marketing gimmick "7 days free trial" as that’s the biggest lie I have even seen which being used by any company like this. As soon as you fall into trap and do the booking by paying the security and a subscription for a month like me, then the real trouble starts from here. Now you have to fight and chase for everything right from the delivery of machine, installation, cancellation etc. now no one will pick your call, you’ll never get any call back or follow-ups. Somehow the chase them wasted lot of time toh get the machine installed but not completely since he came very late around 9PM so I asked installation guy to come again tomorrow to complete the pending work post that only I’ll share the clouser OTP. We simple on his face he said ok ok I’ll take care of that and to my surprise next day what I saw that my request was getting closed from the livepure side even though I didn’t share clouser OTP. After all these suffering I decided to go for cancellation as I couldn’t waste my time with these jockers anymore.
For placing cancellation request I had waited for 2hr in customer care call queue as there is no other way you can place cancellation request except mail. Although I dropped a mail too before but within a day I got a response that your request has been closed. No one contacted me.. the representative told me over the call that your cancellation request has been created and our concern team will call you in next 3 days but so far nobody contact me. Since I cancelled the subscription well with their "7 days free trial gimmick" let’s see if get my refund or not. I am still waiting for their response.
Bottom line is just DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. This company is being run by a bunch of GOONS and CRIMINAL MINDED PEOPLE.
