It’s been a week with my problem and still no help recieved, I got an assurance on Saturday that the technician will visit my place latest by Sunday morning , but still waiting for the technician, and today was informed that I’ve rescheduled my visit for today which was never done by me and I’m facing problem since last Wednesday
