They don’t do any periodic checkup of the filter.The filter life was finished but they won’t replace unless and until you keep on calling them.Ideally the backoofice gets all the information about the filter life and quality through the chip installed.But they don’t pay a heed.Both me and my daughter got seriously ill becoz of their negligence. Avoid livpure at any cost.
