Worst RO Water prufifier You Can Buy!!!

I made a mistake of buying A livpure which is not even a year old. Waster started leaking from all over. I logged a complaint with customer care on 25/05/014 and the complaint no is   . An engineer came to check what is wrong on 27.05.2014. He found that the anti-scalent filter had some holes due to water pressure. He said it was not in stock and we have to wait for 2 to 3 days. Even before he could replace the faulty part the complaint was closed. When I called customer care gave me silly answers. When you ask for a manager, they clearly say. There is no manager available. I called the engineer and he said he will fix the part and it was on 1st June.


Once he replaced the anti-scalent. It worked for a day and there was no water coming.


We called the engineer again. He said he will come the next day. which he did and fixed it. It worked fine until he left.


After which. The same old water leaking problem came back. When we tried to call him there was no response. I called back the customer care on 05.06.2014 and asked informed them that the issue is not resolved and water does not stop. Once again I asked for a reason why the earlier complaint JS14052500080 was closed, even before the problem was resolved? She once again did not have a valid reason. She informed that it is done by the engineer and they are not responsible. When I insisted on speaking to a Manager on Duty. I was abused over the phone. I was told that Manager are not here to answer phone. I was so pissed. I raised another complaint JS1406050974. I was promised a call back from a Manager. But no one called me back.


I still have not heard from an engineer to fix the problem.
