Worst service offered here in this pathetic company. On 1st oct, 2022, I was charged 2085rs and they informed me, they fixed and also replaced candles(I was not at home). But when reached home and checked them. The issue was not even resolved. Agent said he would fix but never contacted. When I raised a new complaint on 3rd, oct. No one has even contacted me even after 48hrs. I contacted support 9-10times, it is just waste of time.
Idiots, who can’t even do their proper job, are there in this company.
