After selling their product, they don’t care about you.
It’s a very big comment to make but the service of luminous RO is worst I have ever seen in my life for any product I purchased.
I live in south Delhi, Chattarpur. Mentioning my address in case luminous people sees it.
1- Its not durable product and expect tp pay 3500 rs. every year for this.
2- Service is pathetic and very bad in design.
3- Water quality is not good.
I generally don’t give bad reviews for any product but luminous service is so much pathetic that I have to write the same here.
believe me guys all the good reviews must be fake or paid. I also posted by review 3 months back but I don’t see it now, looks like mouthshut deleted it.
