Fraud with customer from Livpure team

My name is rishi dwivedi I have rented your livpure RO machine but because of pandemic (corona) .I was unable to return your RO machine then purchased your machine after the request of your team , please see the invoice attached.


So till now I did not got a chance to use this Ro machine but recently I have moved to greater noida and started your machine It was fine till 15 days but now its ₹ sign is beeping and red.


So I called to customer care regarding that , like I have already purchased this unit but why this sign is coming she said thats a app issue , you just sync your machine with your app it will be work, but I have tried multiple times it was not syncing.


Then again I have called to customer care they said we are arranging service request I said ok , service person came charged me with no solution and said thats a pcb issue still this unit is behaving like rented .


So my question is If I have purchased this RO machine then why this machine is still behaving like rented , so my request is change this unit or change the pcb because i have paid you for new machine not rented.
