I still curse the moment I decided to buy Livpure RO. my ordeals started the moment, I contacted customer care for installation. they have only Hindi-speaking-customer-care-executive. when I requested for a English speaking executive, they keeptransferring my call from executive to another and in the process, I spoke to thrice to one of them!(trust me). looks like I need to learn Hindi or arrange a translator to get the RO installed.
absolutely no escalation mechanism. customer care executives are the kings and form the wall, who doesnot care for anything.
I am really worried what if I have to interact with them for any services, even if I am successful in getting it installed.
Please do not buy their product, especially if you are from a non-Hindi speaking area.customer care is only their names
