I installed livepure water purifier 2 years back.. product worked well.. during first year got a good support which made me believe that the support will continue if i do AMC.. however, after AMC was paid nobody has turned up even to service, for periodic change of filters which was promised. Currently my water purifier is not working since 15days . Local engineer doesn’t answer the calls.. very unhappy with this attitude.
