Ant insect cluster and no response from company

We are very disappointed with livpure RO System. We have touch 2000+ RO System.


We register a complained but there is no response from customer support. We are suffering since 45 days.


Previously we had one issue with this, its not working because of chock then after so many calls to your support service, one guy came even after 25-30 days after.


Then he replace candle / or something. But now I check the water tank have cluster of ants. Its very bad for us and even its very injuries to health. Really such a disappointing RO system that even can’t filter ants. Such a bad experience with this brand.
