Live Pure water purifier !

I am ambiraj bought a brand new Livpure Touch Plus RO. System and installed on Feb 13, 2014. The installation was made by Pandiyaraj


From Livpure. Livpure RO system offers the prizes via scratch card to the Customer and this card will be given to the customer during the product Installation. During my installation Pandiyaraj didnt brought scratch card.


And he promised that he is going to give within two days. But he didnt and last two days he is not picking the call.


I registered my complained to Livpure customer care and they gave the word that this going to be issued within 24 hours and one of our technician going to be called.


After that customer care sent my complaint number along with the contact technician mob# via SMS. But I never ever received any call from that technician and who name is V. Babu. I made call 3 times and 4th time he picked the call and answered that he is not going give directly to my home instead he is going to say the registered number[honestly I dont know how I can believe that this is the registered number allocated to me] through phone after 10 mins.


Story continues I didnt get any reply from him and he didnt pick my call when I made call. Still I am not getting any proper response from anybody and no one give a call back.During the product market, dealer and Livpure sales managerKarthick gave lot of attractive words but nothing is happening now. I spentmore money to buy a product because of service. Even this is not service and I am asking the prize which offers Livepure but this people dragging day by day and never giving any reply. Now I dont have hope that this people going to offer best service if my RO system gets trouble.
