Pathetic customer support and disgraceful service

I requested for exchange of RO and my horrible experience with livpure started.


Made request on 28th Nov. It was told to me that it would take 72hrs for complete process. Machine was delivered on 2nd Nov.


Installation has been pending for days(raised on 2nd Nov, still not done). No updates, no accountability, no professionalism. Despite repeated follow-ups, the team has done nothing. Pathetic customer support and disgraceful service standards.


Better to stay away from this service.
