I have been a customer of Livpure for a couple of years now and have faced problems with servicing of my water filter Glitz UV+UF. For starters when I got the machine the service agent for installation took like a month to respond. This should have been my first warning of how the company is run.
Over the last 2 months I reported a leakage and a serviceman was sent by customer care. The service man opened up my machine and changed one small part and also put a small white device on the outer water feed line saying it would prevent water pressure from building up. He charged me 2, 100 rupees, and he did not give me a receipt. After this no water entered the filter and it was not working. I called him again and he never turned up. He was from Sky Enterprise.
I called your service number again and this time the service man from SKY ENTERPRISES came, he said he did not have the parts and he convinced us to buy an AMC for 4, 000 rupees and said he would then get the parts and fix it. We paid him and received a receipt for the same. The names of the service people sent by Livpure, Ashwin Pandey and Ashwani Singh. I am enclosing a copy of the receipt for the 4, 000 rupees paid for 2 years AMC.
Needless to say this is not the case, the same service man said he was out of town and gave me his bosss phone number, one Mr Bhimsen Singh. I spoke to him and he assured me that the filter would be fixed as soon as the parts were received. I waited a week as he said it would take that long. I called him and was given no date for fixing the filter. I had to repeatedly keep calling him to get any kind of date for service from him. Eventually he stopped taking my calls and not replying to my WhatsApps . So to date I am without drinking water and have to purchase the same in bottles.
I want my money back! This is just cheating to the extreme also shoddy service and pathetic response from Customer Care.
