Worst service for rental RO after prepaid recharge

I, Mohammed Waseem am availing Rental RO -water purifier form LIvePure Pvt Ltd., I have paid a prepaid a security deposit of Rs. 1500 and subscription fee in advance for 6 months.

My product stopped working on 20.07.2025 and I have raised a complaint on 22.06.2025.

Despite regular follow ups via calls/chats, the issue remains unresolved. They are saying sorry every time and assuring to resolve the issue but issue is still not resolved.

Since my complaint was not resolved, I raised a request for surrender of my connection

Status: Till date the no technician has visited my home and No refund has been processed yet. No written or verbal confirmation has been received regarding timeline or action.
