Worst experience with Livspace

I live in greater noida and I hired livspace for doing my new home interiors in July 2019. They take 10% advance for total cost of your estimated project. Post which they are supposed to design and then take rest of the money before giving services or delivery of any custom product. Today is December 6th 2019 and they couldn’t complete a small work of custom furniture (as I dropped the idea of going ahead for my complete project looking at the way they work). I haven’t seen such poor services and management anywhere. I experienced following issues

  1. Poor communication

  2. Bad quality of work

  3. No management at all.

  4. Indefinite delays

  5. Super high cost difference before and after initial estimations

Strongly condemns livspace services. They make you frustrated completely
