Warning to potential customers:
Do not engage with this company unless you are prepared for poor service. After paying a token advance following design discussions, if you have some issues or disagree with them and you wants refund...Livspace team stopped responding calls went unanswered and messages were ignored. They kept the money even though no agreement was signed and no work was delivered, even site measurements was not done .
Usually they insist on advancing money without giving any documents of the design they showed on their computer.
Their social media pages (such as Facebook and Twitter) are full of similar complaints from other customers who experienced the same issue. You can also check Google and other AI review summaries many people report unlawful trade practices, especially regarding refunds and customer service.
Please do your research before paying anything you might have the same disappointing experience.
