So many appealing things when Livspace traps a new customer. 24 hours for resolving issues raised using my account. A big project team consisting of GM, BM, PM, ID, COM, and a few more. 3D rendering that will match the delivered output. Project plan with accurate timelines, and strict adherence. Strict quality check, and many more.
Unfortunately, after taking the initial payments and onboarding a customer, Livspace throws all these in dustin. At the time of delivery, shared 3D visuals becomes a history. Installed product will be as Livspace want it to be. Customer has no right to talk of 3D at time of delivery. Project plan and mentioned time lines are again for Livspace interpretation and customer has no right to refer it to force work completion.
Is Livspace a cheat company?
Is Livspace only interested to loot hard earned money of customers?
Is it high time government should ban Livspace?
I am a customer of Livspace since Mar19 with works still in progress. I am looking for answers to above questions.
