Livspace is an unprofessional organization, especially the Ahmedabad management team. They have no control over their employees, the project’s deadline doesn’t matter to them. The general manager and business manager of the Ahmedabad office do not attend the phone or pay attention to the consumer when they go to meet them.
They don’t have any control whether the project is properly being executed or not. Here nobody listens to anybody. They have terrible execution team. The workmanship is worst because they depute the cheap Mistri who are un-skilled and doesn’t have any professional touch. One such example of grooves made in one room(Project ID – 2624451) is shown in the attached file. Numerous examples of such work demonstrate subpar and amateurish craftsmanship.
They don’t order the items even after paying the entire amount. Several times I’ve called them and brought up the difficulties, but nobody cares? They don’t want to provide the service; they just want to take your money. The Ahmedabad Livspace office is awful.
