Pricing on higher side specially wardrobes. As it includes designing, giving it 6 on 10. They follow 40-50-10 structure where 40% is advance, 50% at the time of shipping and 10% after completion.
Drawings: 5/10
This is where things start going wrong. As most of the clients approve 3D design, it’s the designers job to be 100% sure that there are no mistakes in drawings but mistakes are made due to which project suffers. BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS STAGE.
Execution: 5/10
Project manager takes the key and works at his own pace. Multiple mistakes are made at this stage due to lack of coordination between the teams. Mistakes in drawing creates issues which are difficult and time consuming to resolve.
Timeline: 0/10
I should have gone for negative marking here. They promise to complete the project within 8-10 weeks but take almost double the time. As they are new into the field and work with different vendors, there is complete lack of planning and coordination. Moreover they have absolutely no respect for TIME. They keep giving excuses and harassing the customer.
Quality: 7/10
By the time, Customer reaches the quality check stage, he is so harassed and exhausted by their time wasting tactics that quality is the last thing in his mind. Project completion becomes a priority.
Overall: 6/10
They have huge potential but they are unable to handle the workload. They lack good vendors, planning and people who can go on the field and finish the job as per promised timelines.
Moreover, leadership is completely relaxed. No one from designer to higher management bothered to visit the site. I wanted to do 2 projects with them but gave up after first one where the work is still on.

5 years warranty, but I haven’t yet received any certificate as the work is still pending.
