What was meant to be an exciting journey of designing our dream home has turned into a 6-month-long nightmare with Livspace.
We began our project in November 2024, paid 50% advance, and to date, we’re nowhere close to completion. In fact, we’ve reached a stage where Livspace is supposed to refund nearly 10% of the project value for the work they’ve failed to deliver.
The experience has been nothing short of pathetic:
• Complete disconnect between the design and execution teams
• Designers lacking basic accountability and vision
• Shoddy execution that needed constant intervention from our end
• Timelines missed again and again — with zero ownership
• Repeated follow-ups, complaints, and even legal threats — all in vain
We are now left feeling helpless, misled, and at their mercy.
This post is not just to vent, but to warn others. Think twice before trusting your home with Livspace.
