@Livspace really disappointed in every single way possible. I’ll mention the major issues only.
It doesn’t respect Timelines.
Unprofessional mangers.
5 times overpriced in comparison to competitors for custom work.
Custom & civil work quality is horrible. Local vendor work is much better than their work. The amount of rework is unimaginable.
Major Mismatch in finalized design and execution.
No proper quality checks are in place for vendor work.
Vendors get unprofessional labor which also leaves a lot of mess and damages other installation, but no one takes the responsibility.
The payment requests/billing are full of errors and wrong quantities.
And more….
I have even complained to the owners of Livspace anujs@Livspace.com ramakant.sharma@Livspace.com, they dont respond.
Once they get the payment they will keep you hanging that they are busy in meetings and attend to yoi when they have time, you are at there mercy.
