Posting my last comms with livspace ad it would give actual idea about my experience with livspace

I have gone through the quote.
First, for a flat where you designed kitchen whose cost is around 2 lakhs, did you assume that it was oven less. I remember sending Amazon link of same oven in Amazon to Bansri so that she can get the measurements of oven space right. And my only condition which I mentioned to livspace when I visited was: I choose livspace I didn’t have time to check and confirm on minute details and livspace will deliver the requirements as shared. Still, you missed the oven space. Atleast in your design reviews, didn’t you think that kitchen so done wouldn’t have a oven??
And to clean up your mess that you did, I asked for options and you first came up with 18k quote and revised it to 23k, where 5k is just to remove one box and fit it in another area.
Day 1 with livspace, you guys committed that all expenses are included in the quote. After that, how much I ended up paying for local electrician and plumbing works. When you drew the design, you had visited the site , you know where are the electricity points are and where would it come up in the design. Then, why your operations team had to make me pay for all plug point rearrangements, gas pipe etc etc.
I was super impressed the way work has started and now it is absolute zero.
The above would be my feedback for livspace for any WOM as well as social platforms unless you got any idea to give a just correction of your actual design miss out.
