I would like to give my genuine feedback to your guys:

• signed the Boq on 2nd Jan’17, project completion date was 3rd Mar’17. But it’s not completed till now.

• promised a loan finance option on total amount, but after struggling with daily follow up was given only 1/4th loan of total amount.( tried multiple times, but Bajaj Finserv gave excuses all the time and rejected the request)

• really unprofessional behaviour as there was no continuous update on project, I only had to do follow up every time.

• when it came to payment completion, they ran behind us like anything and we were decent and professional enough to make every payment on time.(100% payment is already done)

• we were sent project planning, but nothing went according to that.

• you don’t have single point of contact for anything. There were separate people for carpenter job, cleaning job, glass fitting job and many other things. Why should a customer follow up with everyone and get the job done, isn’t it your job?

• material comes from some factory which is 100 miles away from site location, and that’s not it, the material which came was wrong and not which we selected. So things were dragged cs of that.

• I’m fed up with these guys, and I will never recommend you to anyone.
