I was searching for a reliable and professional expert for doing interior of my new flat. I came across with livespace over a call and agent aligned a designer swiftly. I Got a call from Sahil Gore ( Our Designer)who explained us about livespace and way of working. We met him and Suvrat (BD) at their office in Gurgaon. I would say there are 3 broad aspects/Stages
1) Design and servicing (10/10)
Initially I was sceptical with working with them since they asked full advance before delivery and the timelines for final delivery I.e 60+ days. As we wanted to move in early.
But Sahil assured us to help us in speeding all backend work like designs, drawings, material selection etc. To my surprise not only he was spot on on designs but had put extra effort in going to site and getting all sizes, marking and design done with in few days. Sahil is person with g8 attitude and is full of ideas. As a professional he is committed and dedicated. The best part I liked that he was honest and giving suggestions proactively.
I would recommend him to every one .
2) Backend operations/ production 2 /10
They are the worst team I had ever faced. No follow up from them, My work was to be completed by 7th oct but team had no clue on production and kept on giving excuses. They have poor tracking internally. My final product was started delivered from 25th nov and stretched till end of next month. I had heated debate a fe times and escalated it senior many time. But as a professional they had accepted their fault.
3) Installation and Final product 9/10
I was finally happy after rigorous folllowup on delivery that the final outcome was spot on, as per design with right sizes. Installation team were also professionals and did work in few days.
