Had a very positive opinion when I first entered Livspace office at Bangalore, later as the day passed with the project experienced the worst service ever.. such as
1) Have a wide range of module as per Livspace choice not customer, if you go for customisation be ready pay very high
2) Even after paying the confirmation money of the project be ready to pay high as they have frequent price revisions.
3) Only point of contact is your Designer they won’t share anybody contact ti discuss issues
4) Not advisable for Mid class and below families who are not considered.
5) Not a good quality of work.
6) Very poor response to problem solutions, no calls, only messages or WhatsApp.
Over all very poor customer satisfaction.
