I was looking for professional services for my first home and that is when I came across Livspace. For a lot of customers out there in the market who are buying their first home, especially the middle class people to whom I can relate to, Livspace is a one-stop destination for all their home needs. Everyone would wish for a beautiful home and need proper guidance and somebody whom they can trust to proceed with the same because it is hard earned money and people plan for it over a period of time and it is a big deal. This is where Livspace worked it’s charm.
I had the most amazing design team who went out of their way to help me design my dream home. The designers were professionals and their services were not limited to the money we paid and the services we received. They guided me through every step of the way and gave insights about how each piece works with the space we were designing and how all the colors coordinate with each other. They really cared about the vision I had for my home and that is what impressed me the most about their services because that is what a first time buyer wants, someone who really cares and believes in the vision and guides professionally to achieve the same bringing the value for the money.
We had a few ups and downs with the installations. I also understand that it is expected in major projects, few things fall out of line but the important thing is to address it and fix them on time. The operations and execution team did a great job with it. Even though we had a few hiccups in our journey, the team was quick enough to analyze each of them, addressed it in the right way and resolved the issues quickly without much corrections. The team was very supportive and co-operative in terms of handling the issues and in the end it came out really well and it is very believable and visible when we show it to someone.
What I liked the most about Livspace is the fact that they don’t give up. They are very resilient and they keep trying until they deliver the absolute best. There were not one, but two designers assigned to me and I was given a few CDs to look at. When I was not quite happy about it, they were persistent and sent another designer who gave me exactly what I was looking for. Even though my home was a small project, they ensured to go out of their way to do everything possible to deliver my dream home according to my needs. I am really happy with how everything turned out. I love the kitchen and it feels awesome to cook in it.
