Our experience with Livspace has been a massive letdown. Initially, they invited us to an upscale hotel presentation, where they showcased impressive designs and services, creating an illusion of professionalism and reliability. The app’s high ratings, along with Livspace’s reputation in India, gave us confidence that we were choosing a trustworthy partner for our home interiors.
Unfortunately, this confidence was misplaced. Livspace required a large initial payment, which we made in good faith. However, once the payment was made, their response and service level dropped significantly. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate and request a refund, they’ve been unresponsive and seem uninterested in addressing our concerns. It’s been a frustrating cycle of follow-ups with no resolution.
Additionally, we found that the quoted prices were unreasonably high, much above industry standards, especially when they failed to deliver on their promises. The initial promises and assurances we received seemed to be nothing more than tactics to get us on board and lock in our money.
In summary, Livspace appears more focused on attracting clients with a polished image and upfront fees than actually fulfilling their commitments. We advise others to proceed with caution and consider other options before committing to Livspace, as our experience has been far from the quality and integrity they advertise.
