Extremely disappointed

We chose Livspace with lot of hope and trusted someone for end to end execution of the effort without our involvement.


Our designer was great, but everything went south the moment the designer had personal issues - there was no alternate designer allocated, we ended up project being delayed by 4 months!


Everything went well until the last payment was made post which every single day we had to do repeated followups with no response, no dates, no closure from Livspace


The custom execution contractor was much more responsive and sympathetic to the weeks of delay faced




  • Designers are good; listen to concerns and provide good design options




  • Good Design choices, lot of options and counseling for coming up with good interiors




  • Very good custom work contractors, great carpenters who listen and customize for your taste






Cons




  • Lack of Support post final Payment - once u have made your final payment, you are left alone with no closure signs from Livspace - extremely disssatisfied with this approach - if that is the case change Livspace needs to change the contract to take money only once everything is closed.




  • Delayed Project: If you have extra time in your hand, you can go with Livspace, but if you are tight on your schedule better to invest the time and money going with external contractors




  • We were told initially Livspace helps you complete everything end to end, today with our designer unavailable - we have been asked to find decor ourselves and send them pics to choose from - extremely disappointed with this comment from a professional organization like Livspace






No response even after reaching out with formal complaint, help.


Really can do a lot better as the idea and concept if extremely good, at the end customer should feel happy for the money spent with a professional organization and not be left and asked to do by themselves
