For our new house we wanted the best interior designing company to the whole work, hence we selected livspace. We were assigned Kalindika as our contact point whereas Chandini was the project lead. During our initial interactions we were shown some already finished apartments(nothing original).
Once the work started there was lot of confusion and quality of work done is not at all up to the average outside independent contractors(I think you are too overloaded). The same was informed to Tarun at beginning and he has acknowledged too. Gap in tiles on floor is very large and even after informing nothing was done to rectify. Gaps between all balcony doors were also pointed and it was confirmed that they will add rubber bidding, however again it was not done(constant reminders).
Our 1st interior designer had to leave the project in between so it was kind that no one had surety/clue about our talks. There were no finalized notes exchanged with us for our go ahead.
Once the work was completed only then(PM) go involved, he had not visited site even once(strange since he is the tech guy). Even site mAnasultanger had not informed him of the flaws I had told during my visits.
One thing was very clear that there is lot pressure to close the project. I was coaxed to come to Gurgaon at least 2-3 times from Chennai to take handover and sign off the project, even though there was no progress.
We have asked them to handover the guarantee documents however it is still not done.
Kalindika also gave us idea of push(open-close) cupboards, sounded great but your team has not been able to solve problem. After lot persistence I was informed that this design is on trial basis and there is surety of this working perfectly.
While doing a test run(sleepover) in the house my wife notice adulations on ceiling, and again the response we got was we thought no one will notice, even though your team knew about it. We again had to delay shifting by 2 weeks.
Immediately after moving in we noticed that sofas which were bought from livspace the stitching was coming out. We were asked to write to care@livspace.com. However I received a call from known person about the feedback – a very honest feedback was shared. Livspace team called my wife asking for a recommendation. My wife reminded them about the new sofa threads coming out and was informed that it will be done and follow-up too. Once again, no revert. We were also told that we will get Rs. 10000 for recommending new clients!
I would like to know how you are going to compensate and rectify the bad work done.
