The people are totally unprofessional here. They have project managers who are completely useless. They will never be seen at the site. Instead we end up coordinating with everyone. Vendors are too costly and moody. They come to work only if they feel like coming. No advance info on not turning up or coming late. They promise that designers will come to buy certain things but when needed they clearly say they can not even if u reimburse the cab charges. Thy give the option of buying furniture from outside if we feel their material is costly but while executing so they do not even support u on design part. Till end moment they are not able to give proper timelines to complete the project . Workers will not have correct and updated drawings and since there is no one to monitor their work at the site they end up doing double work. No one respond to the calls or emails. They take money in advance and don care a damn later. Such co must be closed.they are having more than 60% margin than market rates. On the top of it you have to go thru mental harassment, waste of time and money and at the end no satisfaction. They do not deserve any ratings
