I would rate a 9 out of 10 for the design and the quality of work as I was really impressed with this aspect of Livspace. The finishing was good and overall, I should say I am happy with this experience. I am happy I chose Livspace for my home
I came to know about Livspace on social media. I also read the reviews on Google. Some of my friends also referred me to Livspace while I was thinking about how to go about making the interiors for my new house. I personally visited the office and spoke to the concerned person and got the confidence that I can choose Livspace for my home.
The designers were very good. We had some requirements to start with and they accommodated them in the project. Their response was good. Everything was seamless and it came out well. The operations team was good as well. There were slight coordination issues due to the Covid situation but overall the product manager was in regular contact with me. It would be nice to see the same team complete the project from the beginning to the end. We had some changes in the teams which led to communication gaps and some issues in coordination with the teams, which caused a few hiccups. But at the end of the day, it was all good.
