I would suggest you think and verify before choosing LIVSPACE. I fall for their advertisement and false promises, and nobody should face the same trouble I went through. let me give details of my experience.
Ive asked for an end-to-end makeover of kitchen. They have visited two times and verbally/on whatsapp confirmed that they will take care of end-to-end makeover with customised payment terms. He wanted to make the payment as it was month end and he ensured to return money, if Im not satisfied with project plan. In first call itself, entire story is turned differently. The PM assigned started saying scope and additional payment and many more he said he cannot take responsibility. We had one call with all stakeholders and finally both seller & execution team had communication gaps. They finally told they cannot continue to provide agreed services and ready to refund. Now comes actually face of Livspace. They told they cannot refund money and Ive to buy something from them. Ive agreed and ordered an item from their catalog. Order was placed on 23-Aug(as per Livspace) and item still not delivered(more than 3 months). None of the persons assigned to my project doesnt pick call. When we call customer care, they say the issue is being escalated. I cannot reach to any management. All my emails will have standard response(issue is escalated and will be resolved). I have proof of all these and names of the persons involved. Surprisingly, delivery charges are 2.5K(cant believe).
This organisation is not trustworthy and people doesnt have any accountability. They promise many things and try to exploit.
