Very bad experience. They charge exorbitantly and give the services which are worst than your local contractors. They annoyingly delay your project and leave nothing in your hand. Worst than any govt department services. I had the worst experience of my life when I gave them the contract. Company is divided into so many departments and cities that no body has any idea what the hell is happening except the plictures which are clicked everyday by the low grade contractor even if they break one brick in your house. It’s far better to give your money to the local contractor who will atleast work according to your desire.
Let’s start stepwise
1 . Company makes its own profit as it has to pay hefty salaries to those managers who make those rat trapping plans. Then they look for low grade contractors whose workers are so less skilled to do the job. No training to the labours. Believe me you can get a better labour on road side. They will throw your stuff on the ground as if you are planning to change everything in the house including your family members . Those labours are poorly paid by the contractor. Then they give you the supervisor which again in turn try to make his own profit by clicking the pictures of the job half done and sending them to all the top managers of the company who email you or pick up your phone only when last day of the payment is due, so that they can stop the work which was already running at snail speed
So your money is divided amongst all partners in crime
Designer take hell of a time to make fancy pictures of your house to throw net on you . Those pictures have nothing to do with the actual design of your house. The actual product would be a disaster. Designer will never take any interest in your project once you sign on the bloody design made by him or her. And more over those designers are having an attitude on the likes of Manish malhotra. Your site manager has no time for you as he has to handover 10 other high profile houses which are thousand kms away from your home .
Moreover after giving them money the contractor nwill try to reduce most of the work in your house by giving various reasons like wall is weak, this area will be dark, or your privacy will be disturbed .or we are unable to do the house properly because you have not shifted in the other house for 6 to 8 months.
There are many more problems at each step as their is no coordination btw the thousand departments they have.
Finally they will leave you unsatisfied andcrying after the work is done somehow.
Most annoyingly plumbers and electricians will leave the open wires , open taps and open pipes because they come only when their is enough work for the whole day as contractor doesn’t call them for small work no matter if their is some spark in the electrical connection or there is no water in the house.
This is my serious advice to all pls don’t go for this companyservices , you will have to regret later.
