Livspace is just money minded. They are not transparent in giving the quotation. They will revise the quotation everytime to include new things and make money out of that.
We booked in June 2 and the project has delayed and they didn’t meet the aug 4 deadline as promised. And manager of this project says they never said that. They will easily forget to include something in the quotation and revise it accordingly to include them without prior notice, if we ask what is this new one? They will give some explanation... If we don’t agree... Then they will say that it won’t be included if you don’t pay for that even if they miss that to include in the final quotation, it’s customer headache to pay. Customer is fooled many times and even Hussain, the managing director would not accept their mistake or listen to your problems.
Very bad experience with livspace. They won’t be professional in handling the project. My advice to the people who is about to choose livspace is ready for the Suprises to loot you. They have marketing strategy, but poor in handling the project. I expect quality at least is good. Lets hope for the best.
My suggestion is "Go for Bonito interiors" Instead of Livspace. I missed Bonito.
