Anyone going for LivSpace please refrain they are a fraud.
I was supposed to get handover in March first week.
They informed me that the products are ready so I need to make a 100% payment.
Delighted I made 100% payment
It’s been downhill from there
After weeks of follow-ups after making Payment, I get the information that there is a quality issue and they have to rebuild the whole thing(which I am sure is a lie)
A few weeks back I got a date of July 14 which they confirmed would be final but as per yesterday update the production of mine has not yet started
Along with the delay I had issues with the design.
I moved in last Sunday and after installation of my bed which I made(as per design)I see that there is no place to put a chair for the study table.
When I raised the concern their reaction was as if I had done a mistake of not checking the design.
The custom work was a bloody mess. The Wall partition for which I paid 51K(Which I checked with local carpenter quoted for 12K)had holes and cracks .
The TV unit was built with the wrong size which I had to point out an follow up multiple times to get fixed, They didn’t have provision for Switches as per design.
And eventually, when they made provision it was done in they broke Ply sheet broke
The plumbing work done was not proper which led to leakage and henceforth the was leakage in the Apartment unit below. I had called up the team.
They did pick my call for and when I caught the guy from another apartment. He said he will come but didn’t. I had to send multiple escalations for them to come and check.
By that time I had got the work done from a local plumber. None of the emails are replied and the project coordinator does not pick calls, and luckily if he picks the would just give contradictory information every time
