Perfection is what one would expect when one is spending so much of money to get the interiors done. Clearly shows the inexperience in the team to handle and close projects.
Disclaimer: Have not been with other interior designers hence cannot quantify how they are w.r.t other vendors but these are some expectations which I would expect any customer to have.
Let me introduce the team first
Mr Prasanth Rao, Akshata, Sneha, Prathap, Madhav
The project took almost 11 Months to complete, at times definitely frustrating but then with a young team you kind of tend to give them opportunities but then finally there is a point where one runs out of patience.
We started working With Sneha on the plan in November 2016 and finally closed on it around March 2017, design work was really good and would say flawless, took efforts from us and the team to get it done. and really appreciate Sneha and her team to get it done.
Execution is the weak point Prathap and Madhav were the project co-coordinator, along with Akshata, nothing gets done without N number of follow-ups. Well as the radio add says that you can give your interiors to Livspace and go on a vacation, I am pretty sure you wont want to send continuous follow-up messages, and finally come back from the vacation to see that things are not executed as per your expectations.
we were glad once the hand over happened but that is also when we realized that the post hand-off really sucks. We figured items which were not done properly, these include the wiring for all the electrical fixtures done shabbily. We have been asking them to get them fixed for the past two months . and the only thing we have been getting is excuses and reasons.
Anyways in summary you can give your interiors to livspace but dont ever think that you will be out of the headache. regular followups to ensure that everything gets done on time as committed and as per your requirements are a must have.
