I wish I had an option 0 or negative rating . Horrible service and attitude .

We finalized the design in the month of Dec 2018 - end of April 2019 - still we do not have our work completed . Issues to just name a few

1. Wrong wardrobe loft delivery

2. they completely damaged the tiles in bathrooms

3. Custom wok done was so bad - chipping, sharp edges,

4. They hardly come to work 2-3 days in a week for few hours

5. All factory made furniture has alignment issues, which are still not fixed

6. We finalized some design, they delivered something else for dresser, vanity unit

7. Crockery units - without shelves - Reason no inventory -

8 . Totally wrong sink delivered

9 . They got a B grade quality Granite for Kitchen and did not even care to fix on the counter top,

1. Granite absorbs water

2. severe leaking in Kitchen, as they did not fill the gaps between granite and back side walls

3. They delivered totally wrong skirting in kitchen

4. they totally forgot to put the pegs in kitchen units

14 . all the tiles were hollow in the kitchen

15 . Kitchen granite just came out like that - as they did not care to fix it firmly

16 . Incorrect size for RO Unit and then they eventually broke it, and said we do not what happened

These just apart from the attitude issues, Kept on calling customer care, they just close the complaint without even asking the client . And Never care about your client - should be there moto and Vision statement

Now it a month since I moved, we have to get the whole kitchen re-done from scratch - while staying at home with two small kids and elderly parents . Dust, and noise is unbearable but its my house, have no choice .

Its 5 months since we did payments and still in this condition -

Please never believe in the 6 weeks commitment - its 6 months almost and still they do not care .

Worst carpenter, painter and employees - I really want to Sue them and complain about them legally - for all the harassment and trouble they have caused

I had to google and find out the South India heads email id and contact him - to make someone listen .

Its terrible, horrible and pathetic to get work done through them
