I am from Hyderabad, Telangana. I recently took my kitchen interiors for my 3BHK. It cost me around ₹; 6 lakh only for the kitchen.
It was. new house and completed kitchen interiors, and then after 2 weeks, we moved into the house. Now interesting thing starts with the kitchen. I am not able to keep plates in the kitchen plate racks, it does not close as the racks’ height is too small. When I raised the issue, they said it is a design issue due to which the plates cannot be kept. We can only use small plates and not medium or large, which we use in South India.
Now, when I raise a concern, post-sales says we do not address such issues, and the design team says since it is complete, you have to go to post-sales. When should we do it now?
There SUPER SUPER design team issue now I have to bear for life.
