Its a fraud company run by Mxxxx Gxxxxxx akka Jxxx Mxxxxx. They take 2.5 lacs for interior purpose and assurance of monthly rentals. I had a personal experience with Mxxxx Gxxxxxx akka Jxxx Mxxxxx. After paying for 1.5 months of rentals he never paid any rentals. Every time he gave us the timelines which was crap. He talk as if he is a highly professional but its all fake. We cancelled the contract and when we asked for our flat keys for that also it took so much of time and follow ups. I would request everyone who has been duped by him should come forward and write the review so that who so ever is about to sign contract with him or his company can be saved.
