Hello everyone, I was working there for 1 year as a branch manager in there Lucknow branch. There is a lot of work pressure in this company and they don’t give any relief for there employee .
Salary and benefits from company is very low as compare to their work . Senior’s in this company are very un-cooperative and not letting junior’s to do there work in a better way . There is no job security in this company the senior’s have some wrong power that they will kick you out whenever they don’t like you . In lucknow branch of compnay where I was working is very indulge in politics all the senior’s and junior’s are doing bad game of politics with each other that is not good for carrer growth in this company . Work environment is also very bad, the company is not giving even 1 minute of rest to there employee . Over-all this company is bad for my carrer growth that’s why I left the job here after 1 year .
