Since I was seriously worried because of this product I am forced to post this review.

Greetings!
We had purchased a Havells Lloyd Washing machine from your dealer Vasanth & Co, Ambattur, Chennai on 04th August 2024.. machine details refer to the attached screenshot.
Machine was installed on 6th August 2024 and started using from 07th August 2024.
Since yesterday morning while we intend to use machine not running "Display E3 after selecting program and start button. Door/Lid is properly closed".
Since I stored the number +91 90436 89818 which I received for fixing appointment to install the machine.
I called the above number @ 11:55 am yesterday (16th August 2024) and informed telephonically and sent message. The personnel noded my complaint and confirmed technician will be assigned yesterday evening itself. On my follow-up telephone call the personnel said all people are busy so will arrange today by 10:30 am.
Today my phone calls was not answered till 12:40 pm and so I contacted the dealer in the middle they said will Havells Lloyd. By 12:41 pm call the call center personnel attended will arrange a technician before 03:00 pm. From 03:00 pm onwards I am calling till now no response.
Machine purchased in the name of mrs.Thulasi.
The above instance created a wrong impact on Havells Lloyd.
I hope you take this issue seriously.
