I bought Lloyd 7.2 kg Semi Automatic Top Load Washing Machine before six months. I have sold it out now. When it was new in starting it was working very nicely, but after few days it started making some unwanted noise. Some times the problem occurs in the program of the machine. I complaint to the customer service, one of his man came and repaired it. But again after few days the same problem happened. Again I contacted to service, this time they told to send the machine to the company and it will be returned after a month. One month was very much but however finally I agreed for it. Than I had to wait for one and half month for my machine. Finally I got my machine again it was working good but didn’t worked properly more than one month. I was very disappointed with the service and its durability.
So I recommend to buy any better washing machine than Lloyd 7.2 kg Semi Automatic Top Load Washing machine.
