I was thinking to buy a good washing machine, so I saw this washing machine online(on Internet), I viewed the features of the washing machine and the features were good so Then I ordered this washing machine.
When the washing machine arrived, the packing was very good and tight, but we were not sure how to operate it so we called the service center to send a person, who can guide us and give demo. They said we are sending a guy who will give you the free demo.
I asked how much time you will take to send, they replied and said the person will come in 48 hours, Then I waited about 1 day, then a serviceman visited and he given demo to me and my mother. That time machine was working properly.
But after 3 days the Lloyd washing machine suddenly stopped and then the machine was not starting then we contacted service center and told my problem the ones again send a serviceman and he repaired it and said’ only a fuse was burned’, but after 2 days machine again stopped and then we again called service center the said please send the machine in our service center, but I send the machine, I told to send a good worker to fix it but they were not ready to send.
Then I got angry on the customer service then he told we are sending and then a good serviceman repaired it but said your machines motherboard has to be replaced. He repaired machine and now its working properly.but the new machine of Lloyd was giving this type of issues. If you are thinking to buy washing machine never buy the Lloyd’s machine.
