Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Lloyd 8Kg semi automatic washing machine. My experience with this washing machine was very bad.
Last year I was brought this washing machine. In starting When I was using this washing machine it was working great. it was working very smoothly but after 4 months later it’s creating so many problems. When I was washing clothes it was creating so many noise which is very irritated. And also the leakage problem when I fill water in washing tub the water doesn’t stop it was leakage with out moving drain button its durability was so worst and disappointed me. so I was calling customer care they received my call and told me that they send a person tommorow but no body come next day. The customer care provide service after a week ago. The customer service was very poor and weak.
Talking about user friendly. This washing machine was easy to use there was no problem to control it. But it’s was handy product because of heavy weight and taking a large space in my bathroom.
It’s style and design was not good not attractive and common as other. I am facing so many problems with this washing machine .
So, I was not satisfied with this washing machine and not suggested to anyone. I will give it 1 out of 5.
