I am writing this review after using the Split Air con almost 10 months.
I express my deep dissatisfaction with the performance of my air conditioning unit that I purchased from lloyd . Despite being within the warranty period, the unit has consistently failed to meet the expected standards of performance and has caused significant inconvenience.
I raised numerous service requests and emails to address the issues with the air conditioning unit, but to my disappointment, none of these requests have been attended to by your service team. It is disheartening to see that even during the warranty period, when the responsibility to provide prompt and efficient service lies with the manufacturer, I have been left without any resolution or assistance.
If necessary, I am willing to provide any documentation or evidence to support my claims and ensure a fair resolution to this matter. It is my sincere hope that we can resolve these issues amicably and restore my confidence in your companys products and services.
