Worst customer service ever, do not buy any Lloyd product. I brought Lloyd ac thinking its India based company but I think I made a big mistake.
So I logged a request for AC servicing and got req# along with local service provider in hyderabad and you know what the mobile number below is 24*7 busy, believe me or you try it now, doesnt it seems like something phishing?
Then I called tollfree again n they asked me to try south India tollfree number which no longer exist. Then they suggested to email to
Perfectservice@lloydmail.com but to the my surprise neither anyone replied nor called so far. Its been 10 days now and I gave up.
