I had bought a 1.5 ton a/c of lloyd on 16th oct. 2016. There was 4 free services offer. But not a single servicing was done. Nobody bothered to even call or not even answered calls for servicing. AC remote supplied doesn’t work fully. The swing doesn’t work at all, the airflow fin remains open for ever after switching it off. Auto mode doesn’t exist.
The Product Quality and material used is of very low quality. The Plastic of inner Unit is of very Very bad quality. The outer unit is of Poor Quality and does not have one side cover for Pipes.
Fedders Lloyd enterprises are just making the money the ac does not work properly, I know itz a machine our ac compressor got spoiled within 6 months and the ac was used just for three months but the people in the service center are worst than the company people who made the products .They are not at all helpful its better to go for an Indian product or the company where you have people working not the machine .I really feel sorry for you all. Please be clear on the products which you are selling through distributors.
Most of the misconceptions are through dealers and service center. spoiling the reputation of multinational company Feeders Lloyds Mr.Pavan Bhargava .the acting President is to be blamed for the same seriously ac does not work at all maintainer people say there is problem with gas., service center people says there is a problem with the compressor things are just not getting sorted out its been more than three months gas has been checked, compressor has been checked.
People beware and check your AC as soon as you buy it, we are impressed with the price but we cannot be a prey for the deals, what has been mentioned in the website should be there. If there is any error the policies of Amazon should be made in such a way that it does not affect a genuine customer like me.
