Hi guys, I am sharing my personal opinion in this product. first of all coolong and sound, cooling capacity 4900w but no cooling and too late. the room cooling take ttime minimum half hour. sound is noisy. some times that sound very distrubance. then sevice and support, just asking the manager you have any probalems once you cal number. but service and support no responsible. so sevice and support waste. really I am hate this product. I have no satisfaction. taking over time and no service then medium cooling air so I dnt like this air cooler. too cost but no specification. bad quality. I waste of money. so please dont buy this air conditioner. this product rate 23 thousand. waste of money
