Very bad service - don't buy

I purchased a lloyd 1 ton ac a month back. they delayed installation for 1 week. after my repeated calls, they sent a a person for installation -  he was service engg. from Whirlpool! He made me pay rs. 700/- extra of that promises installation charges.


What worst is, A.c. started leaking water from wall unit after 1 week working. I registered a complaint, but for 1 week no one is turned up or not even contacted me. after my series of calls to customer care they sent 1 service engg. to repair.. he opened the wall unit.. disassembled it.. but could not assemble it back.. when asked he told me "I am new - I dont know how to assemble some parts.. i’ll go to office, take training & after 2 days i’ll come back & assemble". and till date no one has turned back. SO I REQUEST YOU, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM LLOYD. do not fall pray to it’s low cost deals.


Finally after sending very stern mail to their head office, they sent some engineers to check, after investigating, they decided to replace my AC. But after a week they told that they do not have same model to replace.. choose other. and at last I decided to go for other brand. Now, i’ve bought LG 1 ton 5 star AC with additional Rs. 7000/- and it works great. Their service engineers came on third day I purchase it and installed.  I’m posting this after using it for  more than 1 month and I am very happy with service and quality of LG AC.
